Jeff Pike has over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare systems. He has held executive positions in various areas including nursing, hospital operations and ambulatory care. Jeff holds a Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Kent State University. He has completed prestigious fellowships with the Cleveland Clinic and The Advisory Board Academy. 

Jeff left his most recent role as chief operating officer at a large healthcare system in January 2025 to join CatenaCare. His broad experience leading clinical teams, expanding market opportunities and his dedication to supporting clinical excellence will enhance CatenaCare’s focus of service and growth. True to his background, Jeff was drawn to the profound impact the organization’s services will have on improving the care delivered to seniors and the facility and provider groups that care for them. Jeff believes with the population of adults 85 and older expected to triple in the next 20 years, there is an urgent need for an evidence-based approach to treating patients in residence, supporting an efficient operational platform for clinicians and developing a financial framework to support the care of our nation’s most vulnerable.
